TO lalaport:Thanks for your sharing.I agree with the point that it could be a good chance in foriegn companies for someone without much Japanese-speaking experience. However, I think there are still something under discussion:1. It is obvious that the percentage of foreign companies in Japan is not as large as you think, or we can say, there are only top companies from abroad are able to hold foot in Japan due to the strength of the local compititors. It is also well known that top companies only require top guys all around the world. Furthermore, a foreign company requires people for either of the two major purposes: for localization, or for outstanding intelligence quotient. Thus, as a foreiner, with regard to Japanese guys, there are fewer chances left for us. There is surely no easy way to get a job without local background or outstanding personal ability.2. Interns in japan are only for undergraduate students, mainly in bachelar 3 and master 1, none for people with working experience. Thus, I dont think it’s a good idea to concentrate on seeking interns in Japan. (besides, it is also a problem for some practical issues, such as visa)BTW, I’m not sure why chose to provide your advice in English. A test? I dont think it is necessary or of any help. We spell ""accept"" instead of ""accepte"" when meaning ""take in"".(spelling error, maybe)4. We say ""a chance"" or ""chances"" instead of ""a chances"".(article abuse)5. We (usually) use ""opportunity"" instead of ""chance"" when meaning ""something good to strive for"". ""chance"" is (usually) used for ""something occurs accidentally""(synonym abuse)6. We use ""the company"" here instead of ""the companies"".(ugly wording)7. It is incorrect to use ""give"" here because the subject of the sentence is ""it"", as a result of which, ""give"" should be ""gives"".(if you treat ""you"" as an empty object, the meaning of the sentence could be wrong, so...)8. I think it could be better to grammatically paraphrase the original sentence in your message (quote:""It’s a chances for you to show how good you are, and also give yourself potential chances in the companies."") to this one: ""It is an opportunity to show how good you are and give you the potential opportunity in the company""9. Based on the meaning of the sentence I guessed, I think we can paraphrase it to this one: ""It’s an opportunity to show your ability and gain more opportunity to get a job in the company"".10. Quote: ""I just try to give you my suggestions"". Frankly speaking, it is totally ""chinglish"". I think you may say ""I would like to give you some advice"".11. Quote: ""Remember not only Japanese is the most important thing in your job hunting,"". It is an obvious logic error. I think you may say ""Remember Japanese language is not the most important factor in your job-hunting"".(and the sentence ends)12. Quote: ""so many foreigners who do not know Japanese can find good jobs in Japan."" We may say ""There are so many foreigners who do not speak Japanese have got jobs..""I apologize for proofreading your message without your permission. It is an occupational (bad) habit formed in my first job.
