请教各位大侠 我给12320卫健委热线打过一次电话，反映疫情间的一些问题，后来再用此号码就无法接通12320，语音提示“坐席忙，请稍等”提示三次，就挂了，试了几次都是这样，今天再打是想知道反馈信息，还是此号码，仍旧如前几次一样，语音提示三次就挂了，赶快用别的号码打，一打就通，问接线员是不是被黑了，她说是系统原因，之后用原手机再次拨打，仍旧是三次语音提示，我理解就是被拉黑，反映问题只能一次，不能再次，请教各位大侠，什么原因，会这样，有人遇到过这种事吗？
